<OT> RE: Microsoft, Cisco...anyone think it is a good time to buy these? Wow looks so tempting...but my fingers won't push buy just yet! Can't help but feel that waiting could mean missing some quick upside...oh well, can't lose buy waiting either...just missed opportunity...the hour of truth approaches! GR

I agree that it is probably not wise to enter the market whilst conditions are so volatile.Over here investors are being advised not
to panic and to stay invested in the market in the expectation of a strong rally over the next 6 months.
I am not in Dell and would love to get in at a reasonable price.
IT stocks have been a recent strong sector on the London market. I own shares in RM group which supply's PC's and back up services to the education market and these have gone up 600% in 3 1/2 years.
The school in which I work uses Dell computers for its admin system. I also Know several people who have a Dell PC at home. Dell is peceived as a quality maker of PC's at fair prices.

Lets hope that the market stabilizes soon!!!
