CB must be looking for sell over $30, but current CS stock never back to that level by only stock buy back. CS need to reduce current expense to increase profit. CS problem is profit level which much lower than 2 years ago. CS never expect big revenue jump, so that they must cut back their operation expense to make profit. IE; CS has very bad international operation anywhere only to loose money. In Asia, CS never expect to grow business because CISCO is dominate, so that CS must cut all operation that area. CS must cut expense more than $6-10 million and turn to profit.
