CEO's who do not draw a salary always cause investor worry when they have a registration to sell sell shares. Since shareholders never want management to sell that sets up an interesting situation. The guy is entitled to a wage and deserves to have lunch and dinner just like everyone else without calling into question his loyalty. As long as he continues to own a considerable number of shares that should be the main focus, not how many he might sell should he get hungry.
