Probably are people getting margin calls.
Thankfully, I learned that lesson in 1987.... (although painful at the time).

Your PE point is a good one.
Just some of the street unsure about future earnings, (as I am...). But I sure think growth will be more than the PE.

The current market requires a new outlook.
Double digit growth is going to be hard to come by for the market in general.
But at this price, I can't help but think it can double from here over 5 yrs.
...that would equal 14% growth compounded annually.
So thats why I bought more at 10 1/8 and 9 1/4, in spite of my excessive losses,

Asia is still problematic, but SDRC should survive it better than most.
N. A. has been the weak spot for this company.

But the real situation with this company is this: (imo)
The main product reached maturity and decline ( as did whole industry).
New product in build-up phase.
Earnings hurt during transition.
Revenues growing.
When new product reaches growth acceleration, prospects will be good.

And since they are #1 in that new product area (PDM), they are well positioned.
