The drop can be blamed on the Republicans for taking Clinton's focus away from where it should have been - after all, he's the one that brought about the great economy <vbg>. Also, people will be so distracted that will put the Monica mess in perspective - all they will care about is fixing Wall Street, not prosecuting Clinton. Don't get cocky here - it's not over 'til it's over (or some such cliche)
