Hi IKe this looks exactl;y like last Oct 97 & Oct 87..a solid selloff, thurs-fri-mon & into tues am...i remember last year we rallied from 180 down in the Tues AM, up 350 points for a basic 50% recovery in the selloff... But Ike then was then and now is now...THAT was a buying opportunity, the fundamentals of this market are different.. we are in a future looking senario that has changed...IKE there are NOW chinks in the armour...lots of little negative things creeping into the fundamentals...looking out next 6-12 months.... no i would still be very cautious till things settle in.... remember Ike, earnings come out in earnest in the next 3-4 weeks... keep in mind the NAZ is now 20% sold off, the DOW will follow to my number 7400....when I don't know!!!! other markets will selloff now as in a "Snowball" effect, but even more than before...
