Now Justa, that was very concise, but I've come to expect just a little bit more from you.

How about something like, "Dow Jones and S&P 500 are both down 19.5% from their highs, which is comfortably below the 20% defining point for a bear market. With the huge oversold condition that we're in now, there is no way the market will make it to bear market territory."
