Henry thank you for your inisightful, informed and professional reply. I thank you for taking the time and the care to go over the ropes with a novice.

We need your insights on a foruum like this and I hope you will "stay tuned".

With the recent debacle of today my worry about the settlement risk inherent in the product. This is what we have seen in the "retail" sector like the Orange County default: ibid. who knows what insurance companies now have taken in the way of derivatives risks to "protect" their stock holdings and their bond holdings.

In bank to bank setlements... I worry about the Morgan exposure during the recent Korean meltdown where Morgan booked a $400 million loss plus, as my feeble memory serves.

I don't mean to grill you but you are rooster here in a field of chickens here and we all might be Mr. Tyson's well packaged product soon.
