Beta testers needed! We have developed a new feature for you to try out: an e-mail service that will send you a daily summary of headlines by industry group for up to 3 industry groups. This is very similar to a press clipping service. Note that it is an "end of day" service, so I would still recommend "real time" e-mail service for companies that you follow from one of the wire services. The aim of our service is to ensure that you can keep up to date with other events in an industry of interest to you. Only press releases carried by CCN, ISDN, or CNW on companies listed in Canada will be available. We're still sorting out the wording on the subscription page, so ignore that for the moment - just fill out the e-mail address and password and that will get you started. The URL is fin-info.com There will be an eventual charge for this service (likely in a month), but during the beta phase, it is free with no strings attached. By the way, many of you have written asking about where to find various types of information on Canadian companies. We'll be releasing our new subcription service in a month that I hope will be the answer to all your prayers. The new services will not affect our main site - everything currently available through our site will always be available for free - however, starting in a month, there will be supplementary information available that you'll have to pay for if you wish to view/ use it. It is our intention to keep the fees at a very manageable level, as I suspect that most of you are tapped out on monthly subscriptions already (not to mention the current state of the market).
