That's easy, INTC has had declining revs, margins, and earnings for over a year now and an ugly looking head and shoulders pattern (started in early 97) that measures to the mid 30's. Before the bubble, INTC was traded like a cyclical stock (airlines, autos etc) with a single or low two digit p/e. this is just reversion to the mean - it will be mean to all the suckers who bought the new era mantra hook line and stinker -ggg- can you see any meaningful rally moving into earnings warning season???????????
