Wayne,

Briefly, no shaft.

Winthrop is no longer in business. WINR just wanted that ticker symbol, but was otherwise not associated with Winthrop. Many, many stock sites don't recognize this, and still think WINR stands for Winthrop. Up until about 3 months ago, even SI's quotes still said Winthrop. No big deal.

This is also the reason why 52 week charts used to show WINR trading at 37 dollars. I think that was around the last trade price of Winthrop. WINR just took over the ticker.
Of course, it is possible that a year from now we will again see a 52 week high of 37! Yeehaw!
