No margin here, but I sure have seen one hell of a lot of equity wiped out. Since my basis has been increasing, 1998 equates to wiping out 3 years worth of gains for me. Screw poopy. This is a bunch of shit, plain and simple. I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that some big money is flying out of equities and into bonds due to Russia's problems. Not economic, but finger & trigger worries. I broke one of my rules today and bought short term calls. QWST - $30, OCT and JAN expiration.
