Agree. Especially if Ellen (Corp. Com) was not in the loop.
At these prices, even a 50% premium over market would be
a steal for the acquirer and a complete disaster for
shareholders.

I think you've hit the nail on the head, Edward.

Management doing a big CYA, so that in the end (should that come via a buyout....or should I say, sellout) they aren't accused of one, big, final "stick it" to the shareholders. Now THAT would be a pleasant surprise.

The three questions asked in the previous message when the Individual returned the call from his answering machine or all questions I would ask if I was interested in buying the stock.

1. What did you pay for it."Whats the least I can pay for the Stock and still give you a Profit"?

2. How many Shares do you own?. How many shares can I get from you at that price.

3. How long ago did you buy it.? Are you tired of waiting?
