Ideas about what to do with the land in WV?

How about an amusement park so everyone else can be taken for a ride just like us shareholders?

Mike

I wonder if the land is near any ski areas?

Anyway, has anyone put a freeze on the property?

IF the wells had any sort of history or pressure they COULD be put out to expensive methods like alcohol or other solvent methods of extraction as I presume they had some idea of. That is if OIL comes back in price about 6 ot 10 bucks a barrel and IF they wells are still held and there are no liens or suits as is usually the case. It will be a cold winter but don't hold your breath as the well treatment has a lead time and is expensive.

The coal was probably usable for deep gasification projects. It is possible. But the fall out in the energy market makes this unlikely.

It may just be bad luck. Don't be too quick to blame massive incompetence when general market conditions make a convenient scapegoat.

The other thing is to turn the company into a software company doing year 2000 remediation projects by turning OS's into Linux net/firewall compliant systems. I have a few ideas for that and there is a big market out there. You have the listing. The shell has many interested stockholders who are dying for real business and I may be able to get some deep pockets in Canada who are keen on a tech binge.

Never say die. A public vehicle is useful. The shareholders are not dead.

We can always take over and elect new management. No stock holder has to sell more than 65 % of his paper.
