AMD is a BIG LOSER. IMO Soon it will be in single digits. INTC will CRUSH AMD. If AMD's goal is to sell at 20% discount of an equivalent INTC chip price, When will they start making money ?

TGPTNDR - Re: "Welcome back! some of us appreciate your wit - then again, some don't!"

Ahh..it's nice to be back where I'm appreciated !

Re: "Was it a vacation or testimony that kept you away?"

Vacation !

My son and I wanted to see Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa battle for the home run record - and what a show in Chicago! First, Sosa hit a home run to tie McGwire at 47. Then, McGwire hit two home runs - the first to tie the game and send it into extra innings and the second to WIN the game in the 10'th inning. Talk about clutch home runs !

We also checked out the Pirates and Cardinals in Pittsburgh as well as the Oakland A's and Angels in Boston.

My son got to meet and talk with Matt Stairs and Billy Taylor of the Oakland A's at our Hotel. That night, we watched Stairs go 2 for 4, driving in 2 runs including the winning run - and Billy Taylor came in in the bottom of the 9'th to shut down the Red Sox and save the game! What a treat !

Not to mention running in to Rosie O'Donnell for lunch on Newbury St. !
