Mr. McGraw, that short interest that has been holding up the market will do the opposite when there are an absence of buyers. I've talked to several friends today who said it was time to buy the dip. This complacency is very ugly. I would like to see some incredible fear and bulls spitting up blood before we see a meaningful bottom. Look at the SPX chart and it has the beginnings 29/87 chart. The 29 chart bottomed below what on our chart would be the 4/97 low before any rally. bb
