Neil, the following is the news release regarding KeyTrade.com. When I called KeyTrade.com office about a couple of months ago, they confirmed the news release (but then I wouldn't know if KeyTrade.com actually exists). I don't have the details of what exactly the site provides other than what is described in the release...

"Kanakaris Retained to build KeyTrade.Com full service stock trading site featuring live financial webcasts and research. Kanakaris Communications,Inc. announced that it has been retained to build KeyTrade.Com, the "ultimate on-line trading site". The site will use several advanced technologies, including Microsoft Net Show(TM), to deliver live webcasts of corporate due diligence, on-line analyst portfolio management news graphs, charts..."

Let me know if you find any more info about KeyTrade.com and the contract. Thanks.

- JC

I mailed the following to John McKay (President, Marketing and Internet Operations) for more information about the announcements they made in the past. I will post the reply here, if I get one.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Mr. McKay:

Thank you for your response. I certainly am looking forward to seeing developments at Netbooks.com. I am keen on checking out KeyTrade.com as well as soon as it is ready. I am seeking some more information about KANA - I would be grateful if you could be of help.

(1) Could you please elaborate on what kinds of services KeyTrade.com will provide? Is it any different from existing on-line brokerage sites? And what kinds of backend revenues are expected fom that site?

(2) KANA has made an announcement that there was a $500,000 web product development contract with Quadstate. Could you elaborate on the nature of the products to be developed? Is this contract finalized or is it still under works?

(3) I understand KANA's current main focus is on Netbooks.com. Is KANA still going to be a provider of Internet Services (web page design, electronic commerce solutions, etc.)? Does KANA have plans to acquire any companies which specialize in Internet services?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
- JC
