But Ken..where did that money come from? I am a 'long term investor' at least partially. I couldn't take advantage of this sell-off and buy great bargains 'cause I'm part of that conflagration myself. Fortunately, I don't need those funds for a number of years, but even so how can people who are already in take advantage of the bargains. And luckily I told my 'long term investor' husband in March to get out of the John Hancock bank fund that was doing awesome. His broker said hold, I said sell. Now I can with my trading portfolio. And if they sold off in July then they are "Short Term" Investors, no?
