spoke to Frank Alioto on the phone(he returned my call) Was confident in the prospects going forward and mentioned once the intellectual rights of the encoder are sold off it should generate 7 figures for Innovacom. Also stated he was 3 for 3 turning around companies and he felt he would do the job with Innovacom.He mentioned he was optimistic with the systems group and the prospects going forward. Also asked about Koz.He stated Koz reports directly to him and that Koz remains chairman and chief technical officer of Innovacom. alex
