Am now up 17% with BEARX. It is working as advertised! A question or two: when is a good exit point and what does Tice do when the market bottoms and starts to work back up? Is there a change in strategy?

I bought some more BEARX today. THe rally today was weak with no follow through. Tice, however, must be shorting the heck out of the high-fliers like AMZN and YHOO, which went up today and BEARX lost 2.13%, even though the S&P was down slightly (but the Nas was up over 1.13%). Looking for more selling to occur.
