StockMan, I'm dying to buy some CSCO, but the sidelines or short is the place to be until the market tells us it's time. Right now I'd have to buy at 60, no questions asked. Any higher than that, and I need technical reasons to buy. If support comes in at ~75 I may try to play some for a bounce.
