Well, now that they share that distinction, they must be inseparable. Just kidding everyone. We haven't been seeing much straight speculative activity on the markets of late, so I suspect that we are not going to see a whole ton of movement on any of them until we get a lot closer, to some form of REAL development, be that results, financings, or whatever. Depends on what is considered significant for each specific company or project. It will be interesting to watch and see what develops as this area starts to get worked again. Take care all.
