One thing that may be needed to complete the 1996 numbers is a Management Representation Letter...regarding the financial representations on the financial statements... Does anyone know if the auditors have received this letter signed?

Alse, there is no reason they cannot begin fieldwork on 1997 (transaction testing, etc) unless there is some reason to think they may not proceed with the work.

I didn't get one but I'm glad to see at least some of us were contacted. I still believe we all need to wait until 1998 results are in. The downside for most is negligible since the drastic decrease so as far as I'm concerned, I'm willing to risk the 30% value I have left. In the beginning I went in to this with money I could afford to lose so... Twisted logic? Maybe so, but the few dollars I have left in this aren't worth the write-off yet!
