Law suit? It should have been filed by now. The scumbags must be waiting for another shoe to drop. You and I both know that these scum lawyers are very quick on the trigger when they think they can stir people up enough to join their class action. There has been no earning report, no apologies by management, no bad news to set the lawyers in motion. All that has happened is that the stock has gone down in a shitty stock market. If that's grounds for a suit, then every stock in America will be targeted.
