Some body offer US$ 10 per share and you can be as hostile as you want. Hell, I will even join the raiding party. But no, have not looked into this but it is possible they might have passed share holder rights plan or protection as it is called. Now that is a joke. Considering the price for last couple of years, they'd have passed something.
