Paul don't you think there will be a break before we head lower, this seems more like panic than anything else. When the panic subsides we should see a rebound although it might be short lived. The markets will most likely start tomorrow with a wave of selling and then we will see the next trend. It is going to be ugly if there are no bargain hunters, I will probably throw what I have left into the market after the first hour panic selling. I hope my enthusiasm starts the bull run that will bring us back to fame and fortune. On the lighter side we had a meeting with the head of MDP today and the tone was upturn hopefully starting in '99 The Q4 outlook is bleak, but things will hold steady at AMAT due to market share increases.

Paul, I wonder how much one can rely on TA when the cause
of a stock's movement was general market panic. Does Tom
Dorsey say anything about that? I mean, today the innocent
majority of stocks was punished together with the guilty few.
