Philipp: I am both investor and day trader. Mainly I am an investor. I just returned to day trading two months ago. I stopped day trading back in the late eighties. In this one hell of a bull market, it just was not necessary.

But since my primary medium/long term MACDX oscillator starting giving medium term sell signals on the indexes in April and May of this year, I decided I would come back to the desk.

Went to cash completely the week of July 20th, after my short/medium term MACDX oscillator gave sell signals on all major indexes. I have been day trading only since, with enough funds to shoot for a preset minimum profit each week. So far so very good! <g>
