I guess the sole investor in NPCT's convertible series B stock is going to really enjoy the landslide of shares he can purchase at 80% of the recent avg closing bid price.

$500,000-$1,000,000 goes a long way when your entry price is 80% of $.50 - $0.60 $.70. At 80% of $.75 ($.60) $500,000 gets ya 833,333 shares. That will give our dear investor a nice chunk of the company, and a heck of a lot of shares which he can sell at will into the market. I'm not saying I know whether he'll sell into future rallies, or if he'll sell at all. I'm simply saying that we've been down this road before and I hope for the sake of all small NPCT shareholders (including myself) that our dear overseas friend doesn't need any short term cash....any time soon.

The Series B shares should be sold out 90 days after the closing date on the financing; which should be late Oct. I wouldn't be surprised if the share price remains unusually low (below $2.50) through October....but I hope I'm wrong.
