If the management can regain investor confidence by being truth full about announcements and when they come versus what you hear from I.R. they will just keep pissing people off until they sell out from frustration.

Also the company should be clear in what stage is a possible buy out or J.V.partner and stop all these rumors. It just keeps hopes up and when they don't happen you get selling. If I new the possible buy out is months away that is ok if you are an investor and not a flipper.

I will sell my stock if it gets to a level that does not justify it being there . on the other hand I would keep the stock at $1.00 + and buy more if I thought it was ready.

I would not think twice of selling it at a loss if I thought it was right to do so. At an entry place of .09 I feel safe.
