Thean, Don't know about yesterday as the MM data is non-historic but today HRZG was the big buyer and to a lesser extent ( 1/2 as many orders ) a seller of that damn tower company . With the 1 1/2 point spread they made out like the bandits they undoubtably are. Odds are something is gonna happen, the MM's must be using stock from their personal stash again. Money flow - one of the few technical indicaters I've found sometimes useful intraday- turned positive yesterday afternoon and continued today. I even called Investor Relations today (great friend that I am) to get some earnings information - no response back yet.

Remember the Chancellor/Hicks-Muse investment in that damn tower company? Hicks is CEO. Well, AMFM entered into an agreement to purchase Whiteco yesterday. (I worked my way through college at a Whiteco associated holding. Got to wear the cutest little outfits - great for tips. Re: S.O.B. Trust me; there isn't enough testosterone on that thread to short a single Ruble... So please do not take this as a risque statement.)<gg> So their S&P credit rating was reduced to negative today due to debt and leverage.

Wish I had shorted NKE earlier, may have to tomorrow unless I find something better. It looked particularly weak today with big block sales. Earnings are in a couple weeks. Luc and all other shorts - What is cover range on this one?

Luc, Re:ASA from baseline:
This publicly traded (closed-end) investment company invests over 50% of its assets in common shares (or securities convertible into common) of South African gold mining companies, and most of the remainder in other South African companies.

Do you know about or have any reason to be concerned about the "most of the remainder" securities? I'm interested.
