Dick, Actually, the chart was a little more complex than that... I drew a 45 degree line from the top down... it was the crossing of that line rather than the trend reversal that got me out. I oversimplified it because I couldn't conceive of anyone trying to do that with all this sophisticated stuff now. But it worked. From more recent studies, I think that is one of Gann's methods... treating price and time equal... hence the 45 degree line. Serves me right for holding out on you-all. Bill
