Yog-<<Well, aren't you a ray of sunshine > Hehe...well I got my happy shoes on today!! Actually Yogi I think it is good news. It means, IMO, we let steam out of the chamber. It means a chance to invest again I think. I am not so worried that we are in for a visit from the four horsemen now. We got some work to do but we will see more bull markets IMO. We had really stretched the rubber band on this bull and frankly I think he was at the RR yard with a sign up over his head that said "take me!" Just plumb tuckered out IMO. God, what a grand beast he was. He butted Yahoo and Dell and blah blah blah to extraordinary valuations, like I have never seen. Lets not forget that Netscape waxed and waned under this very same Bull. He danced the Spanish fandango with the likes of Suharto, Mahatir, Japan Inc., Microsoft and the feds, et al, and took vara after vara, but kept charging. He breezed through earnings reports and merely snorted at Abelson and like minded observers in the grandstand. When Clinton set everyone mumbling the Bull just nodded and gave a wink, understanding and forgiving the urge it seemed. He lurched a bit when we sent missles flying over the middle east again and his legs were a little wobbly by then. The unlikely added matador that caused him to turn tail was Russia, or so the pundits say. Don't forget that in this bullfight the matadors didn't play tag team. They just kept accumulating and ganging up on the bull with a legion of Quadrilla in attendance. What a grand beast he was indeed. I can hardly wait to see his offspring when he shows up to chase away the bear. <G> best, Stitch
