Hi Lawrence, Once again you have said it better than me and with fewer words! :o) If public, I don't think that an investment like HST is one where you "park" your money during a bear market(it's definitely speculation), but these types of investments can ironically be better than blue chips in a declining market. Most people will choose to stay on the sidelines, but others will seek out the little gems that don't follow general market trends. Others will look for good private company deals. HST could be either. Things could get interesting. Clo
