<<First of all AOL did go where I said it would and if you think I didn't take a profit and ride it down 50% then I should just retire.>>

I must have missed where it went to 120, split, and merged with a media giant, after which the numbers would really fly. That is what you told me would happen.

<<AS far as the notes, don't have inside info, simply ask the company and they will acknowledge.>>
The company will acknowledge that they did not get notes paid? Now, that is interesting. Who did you talk to and when? I will call and verify. You don't mind if I do that, do you?

<<The 25 mil, well where is it, it ain't in there bank and nothing has been signed, and I won't even spend an hour getting into how i know, except to say DD.>>
Oh I see, you know this but you aren't saying how you know. We should just trust you on this because you are such a straightfoward guy, with a great profile, who is so unbiased about DGIV, who is a great Wall Street analyst who spends his time on penny stocks, etc etc. I get it now....

<<As far as your 168k shares (which means nothing) it was a bad tick on the system.>>
That's funny, back then you told us that 168k share trade accounted for most of the volume that day, and used that claim to discount the big price rise. Now it was just a bad tick... mmmm... do you know a guy named Clinton?

<<Acknowledging positives would be nice if there were any and they have some meaning and could be established.>>
Nice to see you are so unbiased.

<<Buying a piece of equipment that you or I could buy isn't earth shattering news. >>

Not earth shattering, but indicative that they have the money to buy the top of the line VoIP gateways, termination switches, and accounting systems. I could not buy that, maybe you could. But if you or I did, it would be because we were serious about the business we were in, don't you think? Otherwise, we would buy the cheapest stuff.

News is

1. revenues, (which there are none to speak of)
We await financials, then you can say this.

2. earnings ( of which there is a lack of)
Neither do most internet companies, as investors are realizing.

3. receipt of money ( of which there is none)
We await financials

4. a strengthened balance sheet (which there isn't)
We await financials

5. gaining "demonstrated" market share in an industry (with results)
There IS no VoIP industry yet, it is just starting! They are establishing themselves, just like every other VoIP company!

<<As far as getting someone's name right well excuse me for my mistyping I guess that's a real valid point as to my credibility.>>
Well, I think it is, but if you think "Richard" rather than "Roger" is a simple mistype, after claiming you had done all this great DD, well, my friend, analysts rely on credibility, and you gotta get the names right, guy!

<<The handwriting here is on the wall. >>Yep, on this we can agree. At least the handwriting is on your posts.

<<As far as the potential of their product I don't want to start a war but forget about call back software, because ain't nothing proprietary>>
There you go again, this is not a callback company!

<<and as far as the other DGIV technology, what do you think is proprietary that they have a patent for that cannot be replicated in one format or another.>>
Nothing, that is the beauty. They are into partnerships with foreign telcos, and will use whatever the best hardware is. Today it is the H.323 compliant NMSS gateways, who knows what it will be tomorrow, but they will obtain it from whatever the best vendor is.

Now, why do you want to run down this company? Why aren't you content with just taking care of your own billion dollar blue chips that are slowly sinking?

And who are you anyway?
