This is what I was told today..........By a broker friend who heard the Unisys rumors of USTI buyout........Friday's trading was
a classic shakeout attempt.......A Daytrading group attempting to force the price down prior to the runnup they believe would
be precipitated by the buyout rumors, and "flip" the stock back up.......However they had poor timing and were caught with
their pants down......Still managing a small profit, though not what they expected.........If you look at the trading after the 120K
MM trade which was "borrowed" to cover the massive volume.......You will see the stock rose steadily......and has continued
ever since......Closing up 16% today.........Posted below is trading after the MM move.....

According to the info. as I heard it today.......The Stock of the month club was NOT correct in their $2.25 per share offer
figure.........But may in fact be right re: the buyout........The figure mentioned was $1.25 per share NOT $2.25........I want to
state this is still a rumor, and by now who heard what from who, is a little difficult to figure out........If I get any more, I'll post
ASAP.........Peace
