I do know that if the dollar gets hammered late this year or early next year it's the start of a decades long debacle for Americans. it will happen and Americans will pay for their jingoism and that moron beaureaucrat who rubbed Hashimoto's nose in it in last years G-7, set the tone, just as the aristocrat who boarded Titanic and said "This is the ship even God couldn't sink" Greenspan is chewing on those words "This is the greatest economy in 50 years" soon, he will be choking on them. It is quite poetic, that his Humphrey Hawkins speech marked the pinpoint in the bubble. This bozo has been driving a sword into a dead horse (inflation) and taking home blue ribbons for it.
