Where's my Prozac?

Seriously, market meltdown notwithstanding, CGRM is now at a ridiculous price. At 6.9 million shares X $8.5, market cap is 58.65 million dollars - but there is 52 million cash in the bank!!!

Heck, if the price drops by another dollar, I could buy CGRM lock stock and barrel all by myself. The current price of CGRM is clearly a gross market inefficiency.

Ok guys. The lucent deal is done. CGRM took the charge for the settlement in Q3, so it should not affect this Q. Word on the street is that CGRM will have a very good Q exceeding estimates for the Q and the year. Of course, CGRM has never failed to disappoint so, I am not holding my breath. I will sell my shares by end of this year at a profit or loss. Either way, it is time to move on.

My only saving grace on this one is that I sold 1/3 my position last year at 19 and change. So, if I can get at least 9 or so, I should break even. THen I only need cry over the opportunity losses suffered over the last 3 years. No matter, I can not play this "all we need is a few good quarters" game anymore. While true, it seems that, for CGRM, a few good quarters is is quite impossible.

Here is hoping for good news next week (or the following). Does anybody know when numbers get announced?
