Yes buy another PCI card, since your motherboard has only one AGP slot.

The new one will probably become your PRIMARY video card, since it's my understanding that AGP's cannot yet be the primary card. It doesn't matter though, since it's really just a label your computer uses, and denotes the monitor that the initial image will appear on during bootup.

Just add a ATI xpert 98 PCI
to your current ATI xpert 98 AGP.

Should work fine. Great cards.
