RE:"

As for the "market", I get a laugh out of all this panic.

Really - what has changed in the past 3 weeks?

Nothing !

Concerns over Russia ?

Get real !

What do we sell to Russia ? Not much - and we "fund" it with loans !

The real companies that get hurt are the stupid banks that take "our
money" and lend it to overseas flim-flam artists - Citibank comes to
mind.

Soros is also losing a bundle.

Serves them right.

They should invest more right here at home - in Intel."

Probably best if you stick to the technical questions.

Jim

Paul,

Re: "What do we sell to Russia ? Not much - and we "fund" it with loans !"

I'm not so worried about Russia ... I'm much more concerned with Japan.
This used to be the second largest economy in the world and the US sells
a lot of computers to the entire PacRim area. Without a strong economy
in this area, I don't see much growth for Intel ... Mainly due to slowdown
in sales at IBM, HWP, Compaq ...

Make It So,
Yousef
