<<How are you missing the point here? I didn't see any insider buys in the last year.>>

Coz......did you even read my message?

Welstad is selling....OK, so what? The guy wanted to raise some cash....Guess what Coz, that is what they go to all the trouble for.....and, if you owned as many shares as Welstad I doubt you would be buying more....

I don't know Welstad from Adam....but selling in the 30's....then buying in the low teens (OK the company buys) makes a lot of sense to me. Fits in with buy low and sell high....

I am going to try once more....I am guessing Welstad couldn't buy shares for his personal account if he wanted to (something about SEC rules)....In any event it is perfectly within his right to sell high and for his company to return shares to the treasury when they get this low.....particularly if the company thinks the shares are undervalued. You call it "laundering" and I call it good business sense....

Again, just my guess, but 106K shares was probably all the company had a right to purchase without board approval and likely has no correlation to the number of shares Welstad filed to sell (I don't even know whether he actually sold the 100K shares)....

This conspiracy is a concoction of your imagination, Coz.....

Mike
