>>the fed was still on a raise bias at last report<<

Mitch,

My guess is that the Fed's raise bias evaporated today against the backdrop of imploding 401K's. I'm reasoning that many folks will have to postpone their early retirement or go back to work if already retired. The increase in the supply of workers should ease the wage pressures that have concerned the Fed.

Regarding WIND's prospects in the evolving world situation, keep in mind that a significant chunk of earnings (around 25%?)comes from the defense sector. The recent instability and terrorist bombings should help sustain the need for hi-tech weapons and intelligence gathering gear that use WIND products.

Hey Mitch,

End of August you said:
"The TA for WIND is still relatively positive with support around $34 and resistance at
about $42. It is hard to imagine how the fundamentals could be better."

Do you feel we have flown thru the resistance barrier to the next level or do you think we might come down again since the convertible bonds convert at 47.
What's your feel or TA on this (and where have you been, haven't seen you around-got to keep up the good humor)

Go WIND

Gerard

Hello Mitchell,
Last August 31, you said: "TA for WIND is still relatively positive with support around $34 and resistance at about $42. It is hard to imagine how the fundamentals could be better."

Have you changed your analysis since then? Seems like WIND violated its uptrend line during the last two days. Can it can get back on that line or are we in a new situation now, starting from scratch in a technical sense?

Thanks---Peter
