We should gain a proxy for Marc Tow's shares. Then we could elect a new board of directors with our now majority shares. The plot could go in several directions at that point. We could nullify and accuse Jack of stealing company assets for himself. The board could get some firm DD about WV property and the other property than Jack signed over to himself. This includes the computers also. Another direction could be going after all the scammers, etc. The leading question would be " will you, Marc Tow, give us ( shareholders) your proxy". I think this would be a very definitive course of action. Ol Claus

Raven...i really think OLE Jack and the OFFs...could run a still or plant some magic seeds and make us WHOLE ...better $ than making little rocks out of big ones.....
