This is merely an opinion, but he has been a fairly good source of infor- mation in times past. Again, for what it's worth. >>> I think this is right on. Who knows? Where I am at people are not selling even though they are shocked by the severity of this downturn. They are too busy saving for retirement and the standard reply is I wont get there earning 5%. I guess the good news is that the bad news cant get much worse right now. Ha!
