Hi Clint,

In my opinion, people will be unwilling to pay the lofty valuations that we've seen in the near future for the erstwhile market leaders and since they're still expensive, any gains in them will be limited. The next move will have to be more broadbased and the quality smallcaps should participate too. I think the insanity in the net stocks is now over and only the quality net stocks will show long term staying power - at more sane valuations. The semis and the semi-equips are going be be dead for another 6months - 1 year at least. So we know which sectors not to look at to lead the market out. The stocks that should do well in the next 6 months will be those that have a good story and mostly domestic.

As an aside, one stock that has weathered the storm incredibly well is your old pal JDEC.

Later,
- MJ
