The Nastaq down more than the DOW, and the bid/ask in Nastaq is set by the MM, this tell all the story.

No, actually the after market trading is very illiquid. Thus, when you have a lot of sellers and no buyers, it makes the drop off look worse than it is. It is why I recommend that retail investors never trade after hours, and for the most part disregard after market quotes.
