Loki, Good points. Every time I see the poor miners, I think why don't they at least lease the mines to some one. Seems that would give the government some money and the miners a pay check. Agree about the political situation. Also Russians don't have a capitalist mind set yet. We did some business with them and people have explained that it is very difficult. You have to explain every thing sixteen times, and then they don't seem to trust you. I don't think we will do much business there in the near future. NW
