CGarcia, Hmm, I remember saying some thing like that when Chysler hit $2.50 in the 1970s. I should have bought all I could get my hands on. No money to spare at the time. Herds have been around for some time. Read the Market Babe article again. It alls boils down to everyone seeing or feeling the same thing at about the same time. Fear and Greed drive the market. You can't control the market. You have to respond to it, or take a position and stick with it. Alcampora didn't cause it. People laughed at him behind his back. He did see it coming - this time. Just like Abby Cohen saw it coming the last time. NW
