LT, yes: S&P 500 SEP98 975.40 +2140 means the SP500 Sept. futures at 975.4 are up 2140 basis points (or 21.40)

I don't trade futures myself, but think there is also
a daily limit that cannot be exceeded (2500 comes to mind).
There may be an explanation on the site. I'll look for it.
