Jenna,

Are the executions on options fast enough for you in this wild-ride market? I use Dreyfus (the old PBS), but don't trade options very often. How has it been?

I had to wait almost a minute today for a MARKET order on CMGI! (I wasn't going to take the chance of a limit order being jumped.) Torture! Missed the opening short (RATS!!! An easy $6-8,000!), but did OK on trading intraday.

<Some traders I know loaded up on the 'beaten down' stocks near
the close hoping not to miss out on the potential rebound rally.>

Jenna...presumably these traders did not load up on AMZN. I find
it strange that many who have knocked AMZN for no earnings and
advocate a "flight to quality" philosophy, are now stating they
expect AMZN to trade back up to $110. Fortunately, I have a good
amount of Aug. 85 puts I plan to sell when the stock hits $70
(hopefully today)......Regards, Skane
