Having the bid and ask at the same price means nothing. Don't make a big deal out of it.

to say that these companies are merely offices with mini conputers in them-- or something like that-- really ignores what they do and what they sell. they're selling knowledge and access to it. what is their value? who knows. i had about decided to sell my xcit for something else, but then all this panic selling, so i'm holding and wait and see. but the internet as a medium is growing, regardless, and some of these companies (which? again, who knows? that's the challenge) are going to ride that tide to a lot of money. i, however, will probably be heavily invested on a company that falls by the wayside. btw, the russian situation shouldn't affect internet stocks more than the market generally because, if anything, these stocks are more insulated form foreign exposure than other tech concerns (not that there aren't a lot of other things that make these babies worrisome, but foreign markets aren't one of the big fears). fwiw
